LangKey is provided by Multiplane LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use the LangKey app and related services.

Information we process

We process the text and audio-derived inputs you provide in order to deliver app features such as translation, reply suggestions, and explanations. This content may be sent to our servers and to third-party model providers under our agreements with them.

We may also process limited technical data (such as device identifiers, app diagnostics, and service logs) to operate, secure, and improve the service.

How we use information

We use information to:

• provide and maintain app functionality;
• respond to support requests;
• detect abuse, fraud, or technical issues;
• comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

We use third-party providers (for example, cloud infrastructure, AI model providers, and crash-reporting tools) that may process data on our behalf to provide the service.

Your choices

You can stop using LangKey at any time by removing the app. You can also disable app permissions (such as microphone access) in iOS Settings.

Children

LangKey is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at this URL with a new effective date.
