These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LangKey, provided by Multiplane LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using LangKey, you agree to these Terms.
The service
LangKey helps you compose, reply to, and understand messages in multiple languages. The service uses automated language models; output may be inaccurate or incomplete.
We may change, limit, or discontinue features at any time.
Your content
You retain ownership of text you submit. You grant us a license to process your content as needed to provide the service, including sending it to our servers and model providers.
You are responsible for the content you submit and for how you use LangKey's output.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use LangKey for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
- attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems;
- circumvent rate limits or access controls.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
AI output disclaimer
LangKey output is generated by automated systems. It is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Review suggestions before relying on them.
Pricing
LangKey may be offered free of charge or with paid features. We may introduce or change pricing with reasonable notice.
Disclaimers
LangKey is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multiplane LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of LangKey.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $50.
Termination
You may stop using LangKey at any time. We may suspend or terminate the service or your access at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
